The Ascendant Leader™ Transformational Retreat runs for 4 nights /5 days (from Friday dinner – Tuesday lunch). There is a mix of group training, small group exercises, guided reflections, and free/open time. Each day is structured with periods of rest, connection, and reflection time to ensure a holistic transformation.
All Ascendant Leader™ Transformational Retreat locations are chosen for inspiration, relaxation and a connection to nature. The 2027 is scheduled in a breathtaking private retreat setting on 40 acres of second growth forest near Seattle, Washington.
Included: Expert facilitation by Daphne Michaels and a license to use program materials throughout the retreat. You’ll also receive a proprietary program manual designed to support your personal and professional growth even after the retreat. Additionally, a 30 minute pre-retreat telephone or Zoom session with Daphne Michaels, accommodations, and meals during the retreat are included.
Excluded (or Optional): Airfare, ground transportation, optional excursions or local spa services, local taxes, and incidental personal expenses.
